I have a long history in business and also government work but real estate has often intrigued me because it is such a vibrant people-based enterprise. I appreciate the needs assessment approach, working with consumers to address the solution and also presenting researched possibilities in a flexible, collegian fashion. Las Vegas offers an especially exciting atmosphere given the tremendous vibrancy of the metro area and its estimated growth potential. Over the past 40 years I have seen the city mature and shift in many, many ways; the potential is bright!
